Usage

Serve:Oriental steak & broccoli. MESSAGE LIST: 4 persons / 20 minutes. 300 g Lassie brown rice, 400 g steak, 3 tbsp Japanese soy sauce, 2 tbsp mirin (Japanese rice wine), 2 tbsp sesame oil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp fresh ginger, ½ red pepper, 400 g bimi (asparagus broccoli), 1 spring onion. OPTIONAL: cashew nuts. PREPARATION METHOD: You can find the preparation method at www.lassie.nl or use the QR code below.

Preparation:Preparation method: 1) Put the rice (75 g per person) in a pan with plenty of boiling water. 2) Bring to the boil again and let the rice cook for 8 minutes. 3) Remove the pan from the heat source and drain the rice. 4) Leave the rice to stand for another 5 min. with the lid on the pan. 5) Give the rice a quick stir before serving.
