Filling (28%): breadcrumbs (type "0" wheat flour, salt, yeast), cheese (22.5%) [dried cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, lysozyme from egg), melted cheese powder (MILK, WEI, salt, enzymes)], vegetable margarine (coconut fat, sunflower oil, water), ricotta (11.5%) (WEI, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), whey protein, water, flavouring, salt, garlic, pepper.

Usage

Preparation:Cooking time: 13 minutes.

Preparation method:

1. Bring 4 litres of water to the boil.

2. Add the tortellini and cook for 13-15 minutes.

3. Drain the tortellini and serve immediately.
