Usage

Adults and children 12 years and older: Use 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of mouthwash twice a day after brushing your teeth and rinse your mouth for 1 minute, then spit out.

Warnings

Do not swallow the rinse! Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. Supervise children as necessary until they can use the rinse unsupervised. Children under 12 years, consult a (dental) doctor.
