Use Instruction
Cooking Instructions For the best result cook from frozen. All appliances vary, the followings are guidelines only. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked and piping hot before serving. Please always be careful of hot steam when removing bun from steamer.
Steam
1. Bring water in steamer to boil.
2. DO NOT DEFROST. Place phoenix buns on steaming rack and cover with a lid.
3. Steam for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.
Microwave
1. DO NOT DEFROST. Place phoenix buns on a microwave-safe dish and add a small amount of water. COVER WITH LID.
2. Microwave on medium-low (800W) for 5 minutes. If the power or number of food changes, the heating time should be adjusted appropriately.
