Usage

Preparation: 1. Heat some olive oil or butter in a thick-bottomed pan. 2. Stir in the paella rice and fry briefly until the rice is translucent (75 g of rice per person). 3. For each 75 g of rice, add 225 ml of water or bouillion to the rice and simmer for around 20-22 min. 4. Remove the pan from the heat source and leave to stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
