Usage

Preparation:1. Heat some olive oil or butter in a thick-bottomed pan. 2. Stir in the risotto rice and fry briefly until the rice is translucent (75g per person). 3. Heat the bouillon. Assume 225 ml per 75g of rice. 4. Add the stock to the rice in stages, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 18-20 minutes. Only add another dash of stock when the rice has completely absorbed the previous dash. 5. Finally, stir in a knob of butter and season with salt and pepper.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place. Expired shelf life? Look, smell & determine whether the product is still good.
