Prodent Woezel & Pip toothpaste is specially designed for babies and toddlers from 0 to 6 years. The toothpaste contains 97% ingredients of natural origin and protects children's teeth against cavities. Now with a red colour and gel structure, children love to brush their teeth! Of course, the familiar taste and effectiveness have been retained. The children's toothpaste has a soft taste and contains a reduced fluoride content. Fluoride strengthens the enamel and helps prevent cavities. The toothpaste also contains 0% SLS foaming agent, for gentle care of sensitive mouths. When new teeth erupt, the enamel is not yet fully hardened. The enamel cannot yet protect the milk teeth optimally against cavities. This makes new teeth extra vulnerable to cavities and plaque. For this reason, Prodent has developed a special toothpaste for children with milk teeth and children's teeth that are changing over. Not sure about your child's oral hygiene? Here are some useful tips. As soon as the first baby tooth emerges, it is time to start brushing twice a day with a children's toothpaste. For children 6 years old or younger, use no more than pea-sized toothpaste. Also use a children's toothbrush; with a small brush head and extra soft bristles, especially suitable for small children's mouths. Use toothpaste appropriate for their age. Start by brushing the teeth very gently, using circular motions and making sure you get everywhere. Let your child spit out the toothpaste afterwards. It is not necessary to rinse the Prodent toothpaste afterwards. This can reduce the effect of fluoride, but make sure that as little toothpaste as possible is swallowed. Usage

Allow children to brush under supervision. For optimal protection, dentists recommend not rinsing with water. Limit the number of eating and drinking moments to 7 per day. Visit the dentist regularly and replace the toothbrush in time.
