To add: 1 bag of oriental vegetables, 250 g chicken breast, Conimex wok noodles.

Wok is a Chinese cooking technique that is over 2000 years old. Because of the shape of the wok, the heat is evenly distributed, which means that the ingredients are cooked quickly and taste and vitamins are better preserved than when they are boiled. Usage

Preparation:½ bottle of wok sauce is enough for 2-3 people.

Add to your own (2-3 people):

· 400 g mixed vegetables such as red pepper, mangetout and red onion

· 250 g chicken breast, cubed

· Conimex Wok oil

· Conimex Wok noodles

How to prepare:

1. Prepare the wok noodles according to the instructions on the packet.

2. Heat 2 tbsp wok oil in a wok. In it, wok the chicken fillet on high heat until golden brown, then wok the vegetables for 2 min.

3. Add ½ bottle of wok sauce (2-3 pers) and the wok noodles and stir on high heat for 2 min.

Storage

Best before end of shelf life: see packaging. Keep for 2 months after opening if refrigerated.
