Deep Frying oil
Ingredients: vegetable oils and fats (sunflower oil, palm fat), natural lemon aroma, anti-foaming agent: E900. Total fat content: 100%.
Heat the fat to a maximum of 175°C. You can check the temperature of the fat by dipping a piece of white bread into the fat. The temperature is right as soon as the bread turns brown. Preferably defrost frozen products beforehand and fry small portions at a time, as soon as the fat has not cooled down too much. Make sure that the products to be fried are separated from each other. Regularly sieve the burnt bits from the frying fat. As soon as the fat is no longer clear, it must be replaced. (After approx. 10 baking cycles).
